EUREKA- St. Bernard’s football is seeking a fifth consecutive league championship this season. But for the first time in a while, there is a new quarterback behind center.

Senior TJ Campbell takes over for Jack Rice who is now in his first year at Sacramento State. Campbell threw for over 600 yards and ten touchdowns in limited action last season.

He still has a talented core to throw to. There’s Micha Fontenot-Cornely along with Diego Perez and Bryce Gratz who are all seniors.

With a lot experience and talent, head coach Matt Tomlin has high expectations for the Crusaders.
